By using the VibeMemo app, you agree to the following terms of service. Please read these terms carefully before using the app.
Service Description
VibeMemo is an iOS note-taking app that helps you quickly capture ideas and turn them into real plans. The app includes text and voice note creation, AI-powered idea development (VibeAI), iCloud synchronization, and biometric security features.
Terms of Use
You may only use the app for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. It is prohibited to misuse the app, reverse engineer it, attempt to extract source code, or perform actions that could compromise the app's security.
Account and Access
VibeMemo does not require you to create an account. The app operates through your Apple ID and device. You can use Face ID or device passcode authentication to access locked notes. VibeMemo cannot be held responsible for data loss resulting from unauthorized access to your device.
Intellectual Property
The VibeMemo app, its design, logo, and all content are protected by intellectual property rights. Notes and content you create within the app are entirely yours. VibeMemo claims no rights over user-created content.
VibeAI Usage
The VibeAI feature uses artificial intelligence technology. Suggestions generated by AI are for informational purposes and do not replace professional advice. It is the user's responsibility to evaluate the accuracy and suitability of VibeAI outputs.
Data and Privacy
VibeMemo does not use your data for advertising or tracking. Notes are stored on your device; if iCloud Sync is enabled, data syncs through Apple iCloud, and if you use VibeAI, the text you submit is relayed through the VibeMemo Cloudflare gateway to the selected AI provider (Groq, OpenRouter, or Gemini). Limitation of Liability
VibeMemo does not guarantee that the app will operate without interruption or error. VibeMemo cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from data loss, device malfunction, or iCloud synchronization issues. We recommend regularly backing up your important data.
App Updates
VibeMemo may update the app, add new features, or modify existing ones. You will be informed about significant changes through in-app notifications.
Changes to Terms
These terms of service may be updated from time to time. Updated terms will be accessible from within the app and our help center. Your continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
