Service and scope
These terms cover the VibeMemo app and website. VibeMemo provides note editing, Apple speech transcription and optional iCloud sync and VibeAI. You do not need a VibeMemo account. Contact the developer at https://vibememo.cc/help/docs/contact. The applicable Apple standard software licence also governs the App Store licence; these service terms do not replace mandatory consumer rights. VibeMemo is operated by BERKAY BAHCECI.
Optional AI and availability
AI processing requires separate data-sharing permission. Your chosen provider may be replaced by an available fallback; quotas, models and availability can change. AI produces draft plans and text, not a finished, tested or published software project. Review accuracy, safety and suitability before use. Output is not professional medical, legal or financial advice and may not be unique. An interrupted request or force-closed app may not resume. The service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted.
Data and permissions
The Privacy Policy explains local notes, Apple services, AI providers, Cloudflare, support reports and Slack processing. Sending AI requests and support reports is optional. General acceptance of these terms does not grant permission for new AI sharing. Do not submit confidential, sensitive or personal information to unpaid AI services. Manage your device security and maintain backups of important notes.
Lawful use and provider restrictions
Use the service lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not send illegal content, exploit the service or bypass security and quota controls. AI Usage Rules in Settings explain prohibited requests and reporting. External providers may impose age, regional or other eligibility limits; a store age rating is not permission to bypass them. Google Gemini API terms restrict API clients likely to be accessed by under-18s and require paid services for users in the EEA, Switzerland and UK.
Content and intellectual property
You retain your rights in your notes. You permit processing only as needed to provide the features you request, as described in the Privacy Policy. VibeMemo does not claim ownership of your notes. You must have permission to submit other people’s content. AI output may resemble other output or contain third-party material; verify usage rights before publishing. App software, branding and design remain protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Changes and service limits
Features and terms may change. Updated terms are dated and available in the app and website; material changes will be brought to your attention where required. Continuing to use notes does not constitute permission for new AI data recipients or purposes. Availability depends on the device, Apple services, network and AI providers. No limitation here excludes liability or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Support and statutory rights

These terms do not limit statutory consumer protections, data protection rights or rights under the Apple standard licence. Applicable mandatory law prevails over conflicting terms. Reports are reviewed for support and safety; do not send passwords or unnecessary confidential content.
